5 years in home warranty repairs in new town homes, condos and single-family units.

10+ years hands-on experience in all aspects of home renovations, remodeling and repairs, including rough/trim carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, floor coverings, roofing, and masonry. Have also remodeled several kitchens and bathrooms.

12 years as part owner of HomeSure Inspections of Silver Springs, Maryland.

Over 12,000 home inspections performed as well as over 200 WDO inspections.

Rob moved to Florida from Northern Virginia in 2003. After 35 years in the nation's capital, he decided it was time for a change. Along with his lovely wife Nancy and their son Elliott, they have made Florida their new home. Rob loves to play golf whenever he can. He also loves to play and collect vintage guitars and amplifiers. His wife works at Jackson Middle School in Titusville and his son attends Titusville High School.
